Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the fj77 platform at fj77.app (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the fj77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the fj77 Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, and sports betting. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on fj77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the fj77 Platform or excluded by PAGCOR directive.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on fj77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Upon detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, fj77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending regulatory review.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

fj77 is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification on all accounts before real-money deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay are permitted. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)

fj77 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fj77 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify fj77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. fj77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fj77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. fj77 does not accept deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are specified at the time of withdrawal and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited to your fj77 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days subject to verification requirements. fj77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, Philippine bank processing windows, or GCash/PayMaya system maintenance periods.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Any bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. fj77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

fj77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all fj77 promotions include:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• fj77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

By placing a wager on any fj77 game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All fj77 games that rely on random outcomes — including slot games, bingo ball draws, and virtual table games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment in real time under WM Live's operational oversight. fj77 does not influence game outcomes in favor of the house beyond the published house edge for each game.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game session, fj77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. Game results recorded as incomplete due to network disruptions on the player's side will be resolved in accordance with the server-side game state at the time of disconnection.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fj77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Registering more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game category
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping or deliberate loss in sports betting markets
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse or multi-accounting for promotional exploitation
• Conducting transactions intended to facilitate money laundering through gaming activity

fj77 cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture pending regulatory investigation.

Responsible Gaming

fj77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. All players are encouraged to review the fj77 Responsible Gaming Policy in full. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings after the fj77 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable losses per period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time alerts to manage gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Responsible gaming limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fj77 Platform — including but not limited to the fj77 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, and written content — is the exclusive property of fj77 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of fj77 content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, fj77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform

fj77's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in that player's fj77 wallet at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits fj77's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by fj77's own gross negligence.

Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the fj77 Platform is governed by the fj77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on fj77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of PAGCOR-mandated KYC verification and compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Amendments to These Terms

fj77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fj77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first contact fj77 support to attempt an informal resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings. Disputes involving PAGCOR licensing matters may also be referred to PAGCOR through its established complaints resolution procedures.
